Background:
Travis joins UMBC after competing in the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) & the Tier 1 Elite League.  Spent 2006-2008 seasons with Belle Tire AAA posting 14 points in 36 games.  Moved to Cleveland Barons AAA for 2008-09, playing in 27 games with 5 goals and 8 assists.  Joined the Lansing Capitals for his last two seasons of Midget hockey from 2009-11.  Helped the Capitals to a 3rd overall finish in the NAPHL for the 2010-11 season and totaled 22 points, 51 games, +18, and 93 PIM.  Contributed on power play unit with 2 power play goals and 1 power play assist.  Had 3 points in 4 games in NAPHL playoffs.

Son of Patricia and Craig Trombley. Has three sisters Tiffany, Maria, Alayna. Born March 23, 1993.
