Background:
Transfer from Saint Joseph's University where he earned MACHA All-Star honors.  Spent to 2005-06 season with the Little Flyers Jr A program of the Atlantic Junior Hockey League (AJHL), posting 25 points in 41 games.  Moved to Philadelphia Jr Flyers AAA of the Tier 1 Elite League for Senior year.  Played defense for Cardinal O'Hara high school and named a Captain for Senior year.  Selected 1st Team All-State and All-Delco 1st Team Defensman after leading all defenseman in county in scoring with 32 points.  Named to 2007 Flyers Cup AAA All-Tournament Team.
