Background:
Colin joins UMBC from the Rocky Mountain Rough Riders of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL).  Helped the Rough Riders to the NAPHL Playoff Championship game, a close 2-3 loss to the DC Capitals.  Finished the 2010-11 season with 14 points in 25 games, including power play and short-handed goals.  Selected as a North American Hockey League (NAHL) Top Prospect.  Colin spent his Junior year in Boston, Massachussets where he played for Xaverian Brothers of the Super 8 Conference and he also played for the Colorado Thunderbirds program of the Tier I Elite League.  Led Xaverian in scoring in the Super 8 Conference Tournament.  Colin is the second player from Colorado to join the UMBC program.

Son of Lori and Hugh Devlyn. Has a brother Sean and sister Riann. Born July 22, 1992.
